when I first moved in to the hidden hills apts it was owned by someone else,there wasnt any bugs,the place was kept up,it was quiet,and the other tennants were descent folks,now that hms runs the place ther have been people in my apt without me being home and no appointments(I have hidden camera's)the stopped spraying for bugs,they dont fix anything,things that have went wrong in my apt I have had to fix myself,there is drug dealing being done openly in parking lot,mgr never answers any calls,in fact mgr is only on site long enough to show an apt,collect rent and get her paycheck,this complex is not suitable for the price of rent(490-590_I would not reccomend this complex to anyone I know and as soon as the purchase of a home happens Im out of here(which will be soon)
