Review for Lafayette Hills Apartments

The building is secure. The only problem I have with office staff and maintenance is that there aren't many people who have to manage a lot of different properties. They're very helpful answering questions. Sometimes people are noisy and on a few occasions, we've asked our neighbor to turn down his music and he was very respectful and seemed to not realize how late it was. The apartments are small. The bottom 4 apartments flood when it rains a lot. There are some bugs but I expect that most places. We're only moving because we need a second bedroom for the new addition to our family. The driveway is really steep but we didn't really have too many problems, even in the winter. Our apartment had a new fridge, oven, and tiles. Our friends weren't quite as lucky but they're appliances weren't too bad.
