Review for Montana Valley Apartments

I moved in 10 months ago. The grounds are well kept, the maintenance and cleaning staff are good. I never had a problem with management. The only complaint I had until last week was the people in the apartment above me will not be quiet!!!! The girl up there sings at the top of her lungs anywhere from 3am on... the adults are always screaming at eachother, having parties on WEEKDAY NIGHTS, and they always SLAM the toilet seat!! Then, last week SOMEONE WAS SHOT 3 TIMES In front of my building in an attempted car jacking. The police said I was permitted to go into my apartment, but "just watch out for the blood." Now, as a female living alone, I must live out the rest of my lease carrying pepper spray, and not stepping foot out of my apartment after sundown. It is really hard to have a life between the hours of 7am to 9pm......Wish they would have fixed the "controlled access gate" when it broke 4 days before this all happened....
