The management company (Paradrome Square) is awful. They are rude and extermely incosiderate. They don't care about the tenants or the quality of the apartments. When I moved in my apartment was dirty with food on the refriegartor and oven and the windows were black with dirt. Since I moved in I have had a series of problems. The primary problem is cockroaches. It took several weeks for the management to even send an exterminator and despite the exterminator the roaches continue to crawl around. I have found them next to my toothbrush, in my shower, on my bedroom floor, in my living room and dining room. Another problem is milky white water that comes out of the sink. Also, several window panes were cracked when I moved in. I could go on and on but I won't. I notified the management within one week of moving in and the problems I noted were never tended to. Basically, the management has allowed the apartment condition to deteriorate. They are lax about problems if you can even notify them of problems since they never return phone calls. If you want a crappy apartment, cockroaches and management that couldn't give two hoots about you then this is the place you want to be.
