Review for Roxbury Apts Apartments

I've lived in a three different apartments in the area over the past few years, and this place is by far the worst. The manager is motivated entirely by greed - once you sign the lease, you'll never see her unless you don't pay rent. The building is infested with cockroaches, most of the window treatments are gone, a few of the tenants have troubling criminal records and there is a persistant problem with noise on the upper floor that the manager ignores. The worst part is that the location and price are very good, but with the awful management, this place has become a nightmare. Can't wait to leave.
