There is a high crime and drug problem here! I am married with a toddler and have lived here 2 and 1/2 years. That is 2 1/2 yrs way too long. This is not a place for families. There are police out here at least 2 to 3 times a week for domestic violence calls and drug calls. Young couples/partners/roommates outside all hours of the night fighting and screaming at 2 o'clock in the morning. It drives me crazy. The county coronor has been here three times since I have lived here because a twenty-something ODed. The maintence is a real problem. They do "bandaid' fixes, if they fix anything at all. We have cracked windows so our heating and A/C is outragous! They refuse to fix anything. Be prepared not to get your deposit back. They knew for 3 months we were moving in, the townhouse was still not ready when it was time for us to move in. Carpet had not been vaccumed, kitchen was not cleaned, still had food on them from previous owner. Its more 'trailory'. Doors are fake. If you get a townhouse, you will have a little garden, but when they due spring landscaping they tear out what you did. I wasn't happy. I put money to make my apt. pretty (on the outside). You WILL HAVE SEX OFFENDERS WITHIN A MILE. Up the street on piccadilly its low-income housing, we have had several notices about sex offenders moving in. Beware! STRONGLY RECCOMMEND NOT MOVING HERE!
