Ive live at Shilito for four years now, and it has been a great experience. The mgmt is on site and the office is open 6 days a week. They know everyone by name, and maintenance is often responded to within a day if not hours. My only complaints, are you have to pay extra for parking in the garage across the street, and there is some noise from neighbhors. The electric is high too, if you live on the south side of the builidng as the windows are HUGE and only single pane. They even let you paint and decorate however you want, as long as you dont do any permanent damage.
