Review for Towerview/Northbend Ii Apartments

I lived here for over a year and it was the worst experience of my life. I had to deal with rude staff, horrible maintenance people. My windows had bricks thrown through them, vandalism through the hallways, no security at all. If you have kids do not bring them here. Drugs are on the premises with cops being called constantly. Parking is limited sometimes hard to find. Don’t try to complain to the staff because they are heartless and don’t care, as long as they have their money you are on your own. Don’t try calling Berkshire either because “Erin” who deals with this apartment is so very rude and does not care for anyone’s safety. I told them how lazy they are for not protecting us and helping make the apartment better and all he could say was o well we are lazy I guess. Nice service huh? It’s your choice to choose this place but consider your money and safety first before you sign that contract.
