I feel like I'm a pretty objective and accepting person, but this agency is scary - I advise you to take your business elsewhere. It'll be hard to resist because of the pretty facades and the amount of property they own, but DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!
For one, the properties are WAY overpriced - not only in their monthly rental price ($/sf), but the extreme amount of add-ons that they expect you to pay each month. Secondly, the agents and mgmt are deceitful and unforgiving. You might look at a couple of their places, and the 'nice' rental agents will tell you just about anything you want to hear to get you to sign a contract. Afterwards, they'll change things in your contract at the last minute and the agents will 'forget' that they promised you this or that. The mgmt is even worse, and nail you for everything they can. If you disagree with something (disagree verbally, I'm not talking about withholding money from them here), there is a real possibility that they'll threaten to bring you to court 'if you don't pay'!
This is not a joke - don't be fooled! This is not your little neighborhood rental agency, and they don't care about treating nice people nicely. This is a big business, and like the previous reviewer stated, they will nickel-and-dime you to the -nth degree without discussion.
YOU WILL HAVE A MUCH HAPPIER TIME LIVING IN CINCINNATI RENTING FROM SOMEONE ELSE!
