Review for Village At Stetson Square Apartments

This apartment is hyped to be nice to "appeal to the urban lifestyle." We pay $1100 for the rent and as you are beckoned into the gleaming contemporary moderno furnishings of Stetson, you will also recieve a reaction much different post-contract-signing.

It's like a marriage to the love of your life but when you are done with the deal, they turn to be something TOTALLY different. They are good-looking, appealing, and advertise many good qualities...but then...once you sign your life away, it's like you've given an arm and a leg.

Stetson specifically has not been good in service: -maintenance will take around a month to get completed -noise levels are terrible (you can hear mid-range and low-end frequencies very easy: cell phones can be clearly heard through windows from construction workers and casual talking can also be heard from other balconies) -there are explicit LIES in what we sign up for: no trash chute (instead we get stinky recepticles with gnats flying everywhere) -there is a constant beep in the lobby 24/7 (furnace appliance?)

If you live at Stetson, you WILL pay for the pool. You WILL pay for the Pottery Barn furniture for the LOBBY (including the williams sonoma bowls and decor). The Lobby is worth probably three apartment units. Point made: You are literally paying for "urban living." This means: loud, awkwardly distributed budget, unreasonable wait for repairs, no included utilities.

It's a tough life. Don't let Stetson make yours tougher.
