Stetson Square is a place that looks great to drive by, and even to go into the rental office.Ammenties look awesome, but when you move in every day from there on out is a constant let down.Your walls are paper thin.Outlets dont work, mold has come through our wall once and now this other stuff is coming through.walls are cracking, fire alarms going off all day and at night anywhere from 2a.m to 4a.m.The parking garage ceiling is already falling down and garbage is everywhere down there. They routed the drains right by my car and it dumps trash and leaves in front of my parking space. The the maintance guys who do nothing but walk around on there cell phones all day dont clean it up.Throwing your trash away is a challange, because it's so backed up that if you can bear the smell and the climb over the bags to get to the chute your lucky. The elevator was working well for about 2 weeks but then it's old habbits came back.It works when it feels like it just like the maintance people.realisticly this place should staff more of them then anyone with all the problems that they have. When signing up for a lease remember this.your going to pay a huge price for alot of crap.when you want to open up your window your going to get all the college brats whos parents signed them up for this place are going to be runnning around screaming and hollering and leaving beer cans everywhere.you dont want to move here unless they drop the price by alot. Find me one happy person that lives here.when they had a fire they didnt even repair the flood damage properly in the apartments that got hit and the exercise room that you may use.they didnt replace or tear up the carpet, when there was about a foot of water in there.science will tell you that mold is a sure thing to grow under there.it's a fact.I salute you if you move in here because that means your were able to nagotiate them into the monthly fee that this place is worth.$250 a month
