This place has gone to hell in a hand basket in the last 7 months. If you want your vehicles broken into, thug type neighbors, drug use, loud parties, inadequate maintenance, NOISE at all hours of the night, to waive to your local police just about every day cause something is going on then this is the place you want to be. Oh did I mention the young kids that are still out at 3 and 4 am? Gee wonder where the parents are? Oh and in the summer you can enjoy the lovely pool if you can enjoy the ones that use it as there babysitting facility and the drinking while the kiddies play...and yell and scream and let their kids do thier businees in the pool and I mean both businesses in the pool!!Then you have to wait for the pool to open back up after it is cleaned out and cloratized..
When we moved in we had a background check run on us. NOW everything is moving in here and nothing is being done about it!!!! They spend thousands of dollars on landscaping it would be nice to have that put towards some security cause they sure could use it around here.
