Review for West Hills Apartments

This place is a good place to live. You will have those outcasts whereever you go...The management is undergoing a change for the better and are trying to make things better. IT TAKES TIME!!!! Yes there are kids they play and its great that they have areas they can go and run in the grass and roll down the hill. YES You will have some parents that will let there kid run around, which they should not, but pretty much everyone looks out for each other and their kids. THe grounds are nice. They are starting to do repairs that needed to be done in the past but once againIT TAKES TIME. Their new Maintenance man"DAVE" is the best., They finally hired one that can do the work and actually knows what he is doing and he CARES about what he does. Unkike Jason who is more involved into the women of the complex. That is one i would not trust in my apt when im not there. Audra and Jeanne are trying to get a handle of the problems the the old management did not take care of and think by the summer should have a grasp of most of the major problems. There is a beautiful pool area, you have deer running through the grounds, Joe always has great flowers planted and when we moved here it was nice not to have to clean my apt before we moved in. The cleaning girl"SHANNON" does a spectacular job. Made me feel right at home, apt. was spic and span and smelled so nice. They are remodeling all vacant apartments with new cpt, paint, cabinets, countertops. etc.... as they go. I would reccomend this place to all my friends!!!!
