Whoever wrote the previous review before mine I think you did a fantastic job describing West Hills! I would never in my entire life reccomend these apartments to even my worst enemy. They suck. First off I will start with the parking. There is none! There is also about 100 handicap parking spots right in front of my building which is very frustrating because if I go to the grocery and have tons of bags I have to park a freaking mile away to carry in my heavy bags. You would think they would put in more lights up the driveway and in the parking lots but no of course they dont. I have a small dog and when I get home at night from work she needs to be taken out and walked but I am terrified to take her out because there is no light and who knows what could happen to me with all these wanna be wankster thugs that live here. Speaking of dogs dont even try to walk in the grass because you will step in crap everytime. They supposivly have someone who cleans up the poop on a regular basis- yeah right! They noise is terrible also. People drive up and down with their sterio systems up and the people above me run laps daily. Pictures on my wall shake thats how bad it is. Dont call maintnence either. I have been trying to get my leaking ceiling fixed since I moved in a month ago. One last thing- THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE ARE DIRTY THEIVES!!!! I had a package dropped off to my door and someone stole it!!! How low can you get? So if you like shitty management and theiving thugs then I will gladly give up my apartment to you! I think printing this and putting out for everyone to read is a great idea also. Please dont wast $643 for a crappy apartment. Move to Miamiview! They are great!
