I have lived at 1801 Beacon for many years and yes I have seen the ups and the downs. Recently, there has been a change over in management and I must say that I have seen immediate improvement. All of the problem tenants have moved and we are now left with all of the long term residents that love this area and are excited to see the wonderful changes taking place. I would recommend this property to anyone! As proof I live here myself with my family!
