Apartment Review for Cedar Hill

When I first moved into Cedar Hill Apartments, I thought the place was very dirty and not well taken care of, but I thought I could make my own apartment look nice. Although I tried my best to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment, I still got bed bugs, cockroaches, and fleas from other apartments in the complex. The Hilsinger Management DOES NOT CARE about your health or the fact that you lost THOUSANDS of dollars throwing your furniture out. They just want your money and want to keep you there as long as they can. I should have known from the beginning that this place would be a terrible place to live due to the outrageous spider webs in the hallways of the complex. There are always cigarette buds laying on the steps. The hallway smells like people's animals and smoke! It is the grossest place to live! Also, if you need something fixed, you can forget about it! The manager NEVER answers his phone! If there was an emergency, I would be scared to see what would happen because there is not a 24/7 maintenance number you can trust. The pool is never cleaned... there are always a ton of bugs and leafs floating, along with cigarette buds. This place needs to get new management!! I have talked to several other tenants currently living there and they all feel the same way! They have known their neighbors to get awful bugs and it not be treated correctly. Although management says they will spray and "they have never had a case where they didn't get rid of them" they do not do their job and they do NOT get rid of them! There is also mold in the apartment which is a HUGE HEALTH RISK, but they don't care. Hilsinger Management are a bunch of LIARS! Please do yourself a favor and do not move in here for your sake of health!
