Apartment Reviews for Copper Hill Apartments - Cincinnati

Copper Hill Apartments are surrounded by nature with the Little Miami River, Stanbery Park, and the Otto Armleder Memorial Park nearby. Tenants can go for a stroll or bike on the Mountain Bike Trail, or fish on the Fishing Trail within walking distance of the building. Right across the street are a GNC, Starbucks, and El Rancho Grande for occupants to access at their leisure. Many reviewers would like management to improve their screening process for prospective residents. Some would like tighter security as well, but the location is great, there are tons of parks close by, and the facility is pet friendly.

I have lived at Copper Hill for just over a year. And I love it! Love the secure feel of the buildings - the management office is always anxious to help & quick to answer questions.

The maintenance staff is very professional. I appreciate the fact that when I'm in need, they are quick to respond.

I would recommend this community to anyone that is looking for an apartment on the East Side of the city.
