It was a great stroke of luck moving into the Estates At Fernview.

This was my first apartment so right off the bat I was a bit anxious. However, during the whole process Cindy went the extra mile to help me get everything perfectly.

The apartments themselves are incredibly comfy, and located in a welcoming neighborhood. Combined with the free heat in the winter this place is perfect if your looking for a quite place.

My other favorite point about the apartment was its location though. Its just down the street from Xavier and an easy drive to UC. You also have easy access to the interstate, I found myself going to Newport and Northside all the time.

It was great experience living here and I would recommend it heartily to anyone

I moved to the Estates at Fernview in December of 2010, after searching a great deal to find a place to call HOME (after an event that left me heartbroken). Though when I first met Cindy, (the properties manager,) I felt like I instantly made the right decision. I have been living in the complex since December 2010, and feel that Cindy really goes the extra mile in helping the residents out as much as possible. She makes you feel at HOME. She goes over and beyond to accomodate whatever needs the tenents may have whether it be with moving with-in the complex or something as simple as having the outlets work in the apartment you are renting. The Maintence Staff is on top of things and promptly fixes whatever issues arise in the apartment, and are courteous to help you out even with random things, like removing an old license plate that needs to be replaced. The Estates at Fernview is a perfect location as I go and complete my Masters in Education from Xavier Univeristy, and my communute to Kentcucky in the mornings and evenings is normally stress free with Interstates 71-75 close-by. The neighbors look out for one another and this really makes for a safe neighborhood like environment. Several of my neighbors have offered to help out whenever possible, especially when moving big pieces of furniture into your apartment. I love living at the Estates at Fernview and would recommend it to anyone transferring for a job (as a good place to live), going to school either at Xavier University, Cincinnat State, or even University of Cincinnati, and even having their very own apartment for the first time. Thank-you does not even begin to express my sincere gratitude for how much I feel at HOME at the Estates at Fernview!

My boyfriend and I lived at Estates at Fernview for 2 years and absolutely loved it. Cindy, the office manager, and Dan, maintenance, were great. They treated everyone with respect and were so friendly. Cindy will do anything to make the tenants happy and comfortable. The apartments are so clean and I always felt very safe in the neighborhood. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

I had the privilege to live at the Estates at Fernview and I have never been treated with such respect and kind care from the office staff to the maintenance crew. I give them and A+ in all areas. Thank you, Fernview for making my experience there such a great one.

As a student of the University of Cincinnati, the Estates at Fernview met all of my needs. The staff and Cindy the office manager was absolutely wonderful. I definently felt at home even though I was miles away from my family. I would recomend this apartment complex to anyone. It is very clean and a safe environment. My fiance and I lived here for 18 months when we were finishing our undergrad. It was a great apartment to be our first place, super quiet, no barking dogs, enough lighting and off street parking. The staff has the best customer service attitude, every maintainence request was handled that day or the next day, and always were curteous and cleaned up after they were done. I was very disappointed when we had to move for job relocation because we would've stayed there much longer. Cindy (property manager) is a doll and always knew are names/asked about school.

As a University of Cincinnati student, I was hesitant to move out of Clifton and commute to class. However, I realized quickly living at the estates was more than worth it. The commute was only 15 minutes with traffic and I was close to everything including kenwood, target, and meijer. Living at the estates provided me with the safety and quiteness that I needed, as a single female. Another perk was I was allowed to bring my dog with me! She and I had a wonderful time living at the estates. Cindy and the maintance men are amazing and so accomadating.

I moved into Fernview after graduating from college about a mile away, and it was a fantastic first apartment. Great size, very quiet, plus off-street parking. Everything always clean. Plenty of light in the apartment. Cindy and the maintenance staff were always helpful, friendly, and prompt. I absolutely loved living there--only moved because I found a place closer to where I work, and the maintenance staff at my new place isn't nearly as dedicated as they were at Fernview! I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, lovely community, especially first-apartment hunters. Seriously, folks. You'll love it here.

Cindy, the Community Manager, was always cheerful and helpful. The maintenance staff was responsive to my needs. Parking is convenient, and I was always able to find a spot in front of my building. The community is secluded, and I felt safe living there. The bathroom features could be updated, but for the value, this was an excellent place to live.

The Management at Fernview was great. Cindy was always friendly and helpful. The Maintenance team was also always available if there was a problem. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. The unit was comfortable and the price was right. The community was also pet friendly. Of all the apartments I have rented, this one was the best. I would recommend it to anyone.

The Estates at Fernview was a great experience for me. The apartment was clean, quiet, up-to-date, and very well managed. The property manager is a kind and conscientious lady. Maintenance responded very quickly when my sink needed to be fixed. I needed a 6 month lease and they were very accomodating. It's a cheap place to live smack in the middle of an upper class neighborhood in Pleasant Ridge, very pleasant indeed.

Very nice place to live. Quiet, secure and very friendly and attentive staff working at the estates at fernview. I moved from a small town and couldn't have picked a better place to live in a bigger city.

I lived at the Estates At Fernview for 10 months and I loved it there, never had any problems. The apartment was well maintained and very comfortable, Property Office staff were a delight to work with and the landscaping was always well maintained; The complex is located in a nice quiet community that is conveniently located to great restaurants and shopping centers. If I were to move to back to Cincy, I would move back to the Estates At Fernview without any hesitation.

The office staff was great! Maintenance was there right away if there was ever any type of problem with the apt. The apt was completely remodeled before I moved in, so it was very clean feeling. Never had an issue with safety. It was perfect for me and my little dog!

Overall great community, quiet, well maintained with friendly and helpful management. Great location near bus lines. Great Value for your money.
