Apartment Reviews for Forest Ridge
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OFFICE ETIQUETTE




I applied for an apartment at Forest Ridge, I called several times to check the status of my application, and had left several messages for someone to return my calls. I was told by Aretha, to call the following day because the person who was handling it (Char) had JUST left. I was told THIS two days in a row. I needED to faxed some info, so I got a fax # and called Aretha later to follow up on the receipt. She had told me the info had been received. This is when I told her I wanted to check the status of my app. She told me the problem I was having was probably because I needed to send in the info I had faxed, but at no time did she ever express to me that THERE was a problem. The third day I called, Char answered the phone. I found out from her that she had been in Columbus for two days, and not even in the office when I was told she had JUST left. She was on her way out the door to leave for the day. She took my info and said she would call me the following morning. Needless to say, I had to make a call again. I have found an apartment and it not at FOREST RIDGE, but I have been trying to AT LEAST found out the process of gettin my $50 Holding fee back. I can't get that info from Aretha, because Char handles it, and everytime I call she is either on the phone or had left for the day...according to Aretha.





Girl that's gone,that's their lunch money,sorry to say.
