Apartment Review for Harkavy Management Services

Very poor customer service. Slow or Not responsive to request for service. Properties are not well maintained in Clifton. Common areas are dirty even though they occasionally clean. Advertised my building as luxery apartment - what a Joke!!! Cockroaches running around in $1000K+ a month rental. Apartment continuosly smells musty. No 24 hour emergency phone number. Apartment was not move-in ready when we moved in.

They just want your money, it seems they do not care about their customers quality of living. Very very disappointed.

Utilities in the winter are near the $400/month mark. Air conditioners do not blow cold air - they are not maintained.
