I moved into the Harper's Point apartments last September and I have never been happier anywhere else! The beautiful water views are wonderful, especially in the early fall, spring, and early summer where you can leave your back door and windows open and listen to the fountains and ducks.
The grounds are always well kept and maintenence responds quickly. The office staff is pleasant. Also, the occasional parties and gatherings that they have at the clubhouse are a lot of fun and great ways to meet the neighbors.
