Joseph and Samantha Sansone are very accountable people. They have given me their home and cell phone numbers. If I can not talk to them directly, they get back to me within 24 hours. They have given me "same day service" for problems. And, at the least, weekend service for non-immediate issues. (They also arrive every weekend to perform normal cleaning and maintance around the building.) There are three other renters. They are friendly, quite, and helpful. Brentwood plaza is across the street. The laundry is free and the Sansones give us each a gift card at Christmas!

I Love this place! You seriously won't find better landlords than these people! Any time anything breaks they are over here within a short period of time to fix it no matter how small of a thing it is. They Are here at least once a week doing upkeep on the yard and hallways. They do whatever they can to make things easier and better for their tenants. They are very caring people. There is a keyless entry that has made everything so much easier and safer since they installed it. Sometimes I think about moving to another city to start over but then I think, That's silly.... And loose these great landlords-NEVER!!!!

The building is always very clean inside and out. There is a keyless entry, which adds to the safety. There is plenty of room for parking, including one inside garage space. It is very quiet, and everyone is very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
