Property managers manage the property, meaning as in real estate, not people. A property manager has to comply with fair housing laws and can only hope that upon approval of a rental application the applicant is of sound mind, good character, maintains high standards of living and integrity. Property managers are hired to maintain the property and are NOT Doctors of Psychiatry or Psychology or licensed to handle human beings mental disorders.
