I would not recommend this apartment. I have not lived there, and will not. I don't think the people there have any heart or soul for exceptions in hardship cases. They are not forthcoming in answering questions. Be sure to be very specific in what you ask them because they do not give you full answers. If you have a problem and want to talk to the main office, they will not even give you a name. I think they have plenty to hide. The person in the office would not even give me the phone number, but told me to look it up on the internet. That is total bull****. Most definitely, read the reviews.

In the grand scheme of things, this was a good place to live. Maintenance was always available. Also, the neighbors were great. No craziness here.

I lived at McCauley Crossing for five years. We only moved because we needed a bigger place. The staff in the office is wonderful. They are very responsive and return your calls quickly. They're happy to see you even AFTER you sign the lease. The maintenance staff is great too. I never had to wait more than a day to have something fixed. When I left they returned my whole deposit within two weeks. The floor plans are great, the soundproofing is great, the amenities are great -- we really enjoyed our time there.
I really like my view of the lake and the private balcony. The staff is VERY nice and service guys get here on the same day if needed. they keep us well informed of events and information.
