The building is very friendly and kept clean. The management and maintenance are always very prompt. The fitness center is state of the art, and I love having a social room for gatherings.
If you are looking for a friendly, affordable, well maintained place to live, then Park Lane is the place for you!

it was very clean and quiet building manitence was always done on demand. the building was in great condition. i loved the fitness room and laundry room in a the location was great close to everything.
