Apartment Review for Park Valley Apartments

I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE! It's been a year of **** where do I begin, the hallways smell and are extremley dirty, right along with the trash outside and loitering from all kinds of people. The maintenance is horrible, you call the rental office and they're rude and still don't get the problem solved, even under new management service is still terrible. They are highly infested with bed bugs roaches and every thing else. The water is always turned off with no warning. The complex owes Duke Energy over $2,000.00 (for my building alone) and Duke tells us as tenats we should start paying in escrow. The bathroom leaks bad, drywall is falling because of poor construction and cheap materials. I guess since the property mangers don't live here they don't care what happens to the tenant population. The winter was unbearable the heat is never on ( even when they tell u it is)we had to buy numerous space heaters, when we didn't leave the oven open for heat due to saftey of children. To me it's ridiculous when your living arrangements are unfit for your child or even a pet. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY, DON'T MOVE IN!!! The $99 deposit is not worth the headache.
