We lived at Whispering Pines for two years before getting a house. Management has changed but the manager can be found for a change. She seems like a nice lady and has always been very friendly and helpful. I reccomend these apartments if you are just starting out. The apartments are given to you clean and freshly painted. I have no complaints.
