Fairhill towers were previously managmed by Zeimann-wolfe management now these are taken over by Montlack realty. Montlack realty is the worst manager, they offer the rudest service, and most IMPORTANTLY IF YOU FREEZE TO DEATH IN THE WINTER. To save money these people set the temp of the water at 70 and it is barely enough to bring the temp of the apartment to 50. My suggestion stay away from any montlack managed properties including Fairhill towers. Stay away and be alive in the winter in non-montlack managed properties
