If you want to go live in the 'burbs, and pay $1000+ for a tiny box to go home, you have lots of choices in this area. However, for my spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, I couldn't beat the price ($655!). No maintenance problems, they repair everything same day or next whenever I call. Noise isn't too bad, depends more where you live. The building is a bit old, but when the elevators stop, they are fixed quickly. I had no more problems than my friends living at some of the other area apartments, and fewer bills while going to school. I recommend Lake Park Tower as a bargain on rent for anyone in this area.
