The Marsol was a fine place to live when I moved in. The property was managed by a different management group. When K & D took over the place when to hell. they treat their employees horribly, the place was NOT as safe, and they tried to charge me $40 a month additional for a cat...mind you I had called before and they told me it was a 1 time $200 deposit, and come on, it's a cat! $40 a month!!!!!! All this going on while no less than 10 people were living in a 2 bedroom apartment down the hall. Their priorities were way off!
