18 units (2 floors) Security Cameras. Attached Parking Garage. Intercom system. New paint and carpet in common areas ~ beautifully decorated with art work and has a lovely lobby area. Washers and dryers (pay). You pay utilites but can control heat and has central air conditioning. New windows and ceiling fans in unit. Has an outside grill and picnic table. New owners (in Jan 2007) have completely changed everything. The deadbeat troublemakers are all gone. Management is responsive and cares about tenants! Great location on Warrensville. By Shaker Family Center. By Post Office and on bus line. Close to Blue line. Tenants all seem to get along. Poor soundproof - but building is quiet 98% of the time. Plan to stay for a long time. Would recommend. Families and seniors are in this building.
