I live on the 3rd Floor. When I moves in it was filthy. Management gave me a $50 card to Walmart to make up for the disgusting mess after I complained. Let's see, the water pressure is horrible. If you turn your AC and one other thing on like the TV, it will shut off. What else....the toilet doesn't flush well, and the bathtub backed up on me. The kitchen sink and bathroom sink both have terrible water pressure. I have been told that this is an old building and it needs to be updated, and will be 1 day. The rent for a 1 bedroom is $639, and the parking is $40 a month in the private garage. My car window was busted out when I parked in the garage and my radio and other stuff stolen. Management Did NOTHING! They blamed homeless people. Very funny. Then some guy was peeking in my bathroom window and I had to get my taser out to scare him off. Still management sucks!!! The leasing office people are nice, but the owner is the one who does nothing. He just yeses you to death. I am currently trying to break my lease because of these unsafe and unsanitary conditions. Also, sirens and gun shots are heard on a regular basis....and crackheads stay outside my bedroom window all night long arguing, throwing bottles, and yelling. Worst Ever!
