Review for Arlington Heights Apartments

I have not lived here long at all so should not be writing a review yet but I wanted people to know one thing. Try to not get a unit on the bottom floor of this three floor complex. Especially the southern tip of the building (the corner of the L-shaped building) It smells like a hospital or nursing home. A few days ago when we had an unusually warm day for March, I even smelled it on the second floor. It has me a little worried about how it will be during the hot summer months. Maybe that is why the rent is so cheap. I think is has a lot of long-term elderly residents. That does say something good about the safety of the place though. Everything else about the apartment I have been happy with but like I said I haven't lived here long enough to see how management will respond to problems. Most residents seem to have below-average incomes so if you are like this too, this should be an extremely safe place to live. And extremely good place geographically. Close and easy to get to everything. Once I have lived here a little longer I will write an updated review if I can remember.
