The girl in charge of rentals has always been rude and unresponsive to complaints. Apartments are noisy. I can hear everything the person above me is doing, whether it is talking, walking, turning on the shower, etc.. When people run up the stairs, my walls shake. My neighbor must smoke, because my laundry room often reeks of smoke. Water pressure sucks.
