I have lived here for a year and a half. This place was decent till a few months ago when the management changed. With the old management went the safety around the complex and customer service. Usually, you would not break things that work fine. But this new management is the opposite. They have removed the locks to enter the Gym room. Now anybody and everybody in this town can enter the gym room at Bent tree. Plus its open 24 hours a day !! In the last few weeks, there have been some cases of car vandalism and attempted break-ins into apartments. The management has also removed some outdoor lights near the club house, so its dangerous to walk there in the nights. You can reach the office at 761-8787. Good luck in trying to speak somebody there. In case you get the answering machine, better hang up as you cannot leave a message !!!!
Check with the cops on crimes reported from this complex. Seems like the management is doing everything to discourage people from living here. My recommendation, go find a safer place.
