Since new management took over a little over a month ago, this place has gone DOWNHILL. the other reviewer was spot on. Last night (Oct. 9), 11 cars were vandalized and 1 stolen. how's that for safety? the new management won't address problems - only replace a water heater if it explodes instead of replacing it when the problem was first noticed, they give away car ports and garages that you pay extra for without your knowledge (so you come home and someone else's car is in your $50/month garage). Good ay? They make the place look cheap with all their bloody signs everywhere and there is one lady who works in the office that needs to learn how to smile (it's not difficult).
Also, live on the top floor if you end up comming here - on the bottom you hear nothing but the people above you (i can hear the guy's conversations above me crystal clear in my den/office).
Up until new management, I loved this place, now i'm waiting until my lease is up (oh new management make you pay for water/sewer and trash now, never had to pay for it before). Pretty pissed off we as residents couldn't have petitioned the take over.
