Although i have had some problems in my apartment for the most part I really enjoy living here. When the new company first took over I didn't see much improvement but they fianlly seem to have gotten a good staff that knows what they are doing and actually cares about the people that live here. I had no problem signing another year lease except I have to pay water now and there is no grace period for late payment but for the great area and overall community it is worth it.
