Management "yeses" you to death. Nothing gets done. If you are so lucky to get the 'maintenance' to come, be ready to call and complain that your place is a mess and that it whatever appliance needed to be fixed, still needs to be fixed. Incompetance spreads like the plague in this "community". They've attracted pot smokers who stink up the entire building you live in - sounds like a fun place doesn't it?
Oh, forgot to mention, as soon as the new (poor) managemetn took over - 10 cars were broken into and one actually stolen. Lovely way to wake up and go to work, isn't it?
Old management was curtious, when they said "yes" it meant it would get done, and the people living here were "NORMAL". Forgot, maintenance was also competant. Things were fixed within a day and they always cleaned up after themselves.
Bottom Line: If the Connor Group is owning this place, look elsewhere. It's not worth the hassle to be stuck here for a year. I'm out in July and so are my friends who live here.
