If this was the only apartment complex with a vacancy - do not live here.
The new management - as every other reviewer has posted - is crap. They are pathetic and yes you to death. Good luck complaining since they are never there. Open means "possibly there". Most of the time they are in their 'meetings' which i find hard to believe.
If you're up for a laugh, though, come by and see the wizard walking the road to entice people to rent here. Hilarious (pathetic).
Pot smokers abundant. One car park actually is the hangout - you see parked cars there all the time and then all the trash they leave behind.
Ceilings are paper thin. Water bills are pathetically high - if i wasn't leaving in a month, i'd gladly hire a lawyer to investigate how they divide up the bill as it is incredible to me how one person can use so much money in water.
Maintenance is a joke - as also mentioned in an earlier post.
Frankly this whole place is useless. Only thing I can advise you is to stay away and I sincerely hope you listen. If not, then you're in for a fun year.
