I have never had so many issue with an apartment. I have lived here for one year and not renewing. I gave them my notice months in advance. My security door bell didn't work when I moved in that pages you to unlock the main door, and one year later I'm still waiting. That's the smallest issue. The pool was shut down a few weeks ago during the hottest week, for a full week, and nobody was in the office to let you know why it was closed or for how long. I included every month with my rent check, knowing they received it, reminders of my door bell, outside lights and inside main hallways lights out, I never receive a call or a resolution. They had the nerve to call me today with this being my last month of my lease and for the 4th time ask if I would renew my lease. Obviously that proves what everyone else is saying. Nobody is renewing their lease and the smart ones or people you would want to be living in the same building with you are not moving in. Being a 25 yr old female living alone, I didn't feel safe, I came home to 2 eviction notices after my rent check had already cleared my bank. I had a neighboor that lets say wasn't fluent in English that kept knocking on my door asking "you have cervasa" I included in rent my annoyance with my neighboor bothering me and I never received a call that they even cared what was going on in the complex. This company is unreliable, make sure not to move in and ask being signing a lease somewhere else that it's not owned by the same company.
