I have been reading reviews and i understand some people have bad experiences. But this is a really nice place to live. I have never had a problem with maintance fixing anything, in fact, i have only called them a few times in the 2 years i have lived here. The location is great. The ladies in the office always wave when i see them on the property and they even call me by name when i get my packages. There are some improvements i would love to see around here as far paint on the buildings and carports but for the overall its a great place to be!
