DO NOT MOVE HERE! They wouldn’t accommodate me on a lease extension. I was told there is only 9 and 12-month lease. Then found on-line that they offered 6 and 12 month leases. In 10 months 5 cars were broken into in front of my building. Had to call maintenance to fix the same problem 3 times because it wasn’t done right the first time or second time (it took months). The building itself is 20 years old and they had painters there the entire summer and the building still looks awful. I was told by management that I had to leave my apartment door open for an hour so they could paint the door. I had to take a day off work because I didn’t trust the character of the hired painters. The facilities are a joke and pretty much laughable when Bent Tree says that they have workout facilities. Property up keep is terrible and we have a sand volleyball court without sand; it’s just dirt. Save your money and don’t move here because you will not be happy!
