I used to live at Bent Tree and moved out about 6 months ago. The difference in my old apt. and new apt. is amazing, mostly because maintenance at my new place responds and fixes any problem I may have within a day! Maintenance at Bent Tree took months, if they even DID fix anything. If they charge you low rent when you move in, expect it to go up quite a bit every year...and you will quickly realize that the place was worth the cheap rent they charged at first, but you can get a GOOD place for what they'll be charging you in two years. They don't care about you at Bent Tree, as long as they're collecting their rent...that's the only thing that matters to them.
