Safety - We have lived here for a year and are getting out. In the last 6 months we have been robbed 5 times. People have stole things off of our porch, out of vehicles and garages. What we were told by the Landlord was, "Crime does not have an address. And people that break into cars, don't usually break into apartments." Well, after our experience, we don't want to take that chance. This place is not safe. The apartment complex is doing very little about it.
Rent - I have talked to neighbors in this complex and the raises in rent are outrageous. One friend was told when she first moved in that the rent would not be raised by more than 4%. Well, it was raised by 15%!! The lowest raise that I have heard of is $50/month.
