This location has several different floor plans, and generally offer really good move-in specials although beware the price jack-up at lease renewal time. Maintence shows up quickly when problems are reported, staff is generally helpful, grounds kept descently clean in the spring and summer, however you can expect your parking lot to be a frozen tundra of unsalted, ungraveled, unplowed ice. They're also not that great about de-icing the front stoops or sidewalks the further from the leasing office you get. The good news for sneaky pet owners is there is no pet police unless your animal is crazy and the neighbors have to complain and animals are permitted in the apartments legitimately for a fee. The walls are pretty well sound proofed, which can be bad in the sense that you can't hear someone knocking on your door from the back bedrooms of the S-shaped floorplans. Water and garbage are included in your rent fee but the larger sq. foot apartments are extremely expensive to heat as they're gas-heated and are not well insulated. Bonus in the hot months since they don't get that hot. Parking is off the street which is good, I haven't noticed any significant crime although I did have my car broken into once by a few young punks that go to the middle school that is a few blocks down the road. The lots are well-lit though and the Columbus PD can be seen making regular rounds at night.
