Review for Club At Eagle's Point Apartments

I've lived here for just a couple of months and I hate already. I knew I was going to hate it after the first week I moved in here. The way that you go in the building to get to your apartment can be scary. I have a daughter and everytime that I come in or out of my apartment there are people standing right there. People that I don't know staring at me and trying to approach me. It's scary because a lot the people living out here young and all they is party, and then I find myself and my child laying in the bed at 2am and 3am wondering when are they going to stop. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with small children. They get you in here with the low cost for rent but it's not even worth that. I don't even like having people come over to visit because I live on the first floor and apartment floods regulary and my ceiling leaks. I thought that maybe it was just my apartment that did this but two people that I work with live out here. Went to one of my friends apartment, he lives on a first floor, and his apartment floods and his ceiling leaks. When I was at my other friends house she lives on the second floor, and when I was in her apartment she was showing me the mold and mildew that growing on the carpet, it was very bad. They both were telling that have called for maintenance to come out and the maintenance don't ever come out. One night I was coming in from the grocery store with my bags and some guy grabbed me when I was coming into the building. He was drunk but that's no kind environment to live in. It scared me half to death because there is no way around having to walk past these people to get to your front. Out here it is misleading. When they show you the apartments during the day they look nice, the staff is very nice, and it doesn't seem that. But once you sign that lease, the staff isn't nice anymore, people are out here busting out other peoples car windows it's crazy. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone over the age of 21 years of age. Unless you don't have kids you like to stay up all night and you like to party or fight. If you have children this is not the place to be. Yes, they have a swimming pool and that sounds really good, but I've nevere been able to go swimming because I've never seen the pool open. Bottom line if you've got a decent or good job don't move here, keep looking. Unless you just like living in the ghetto.
