The unit I live in itself, is dated, but all in all not an awful apartment. The neighborhood is not nice, but the rent is cheap enough to make up for that. My neighbors are great. The managment is awful, they have lied to me and my roommate and when my apartment flooded over Christmas they didn't even calll to let us know. The maitenence crew is incompetent at best. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. I have a 3 pg. letter written to the owner of the complex listing all the problems I've encountered with this complex in the last year; if my review and others haven't convinced you not to live here write to me at garywhite at gmail.com and I'll send you a copy of it.
