Lived There One Year, Left And Never Looked Back.

If you want a quiet place where your neighbors are considerate, don't even consider this horrible place. You pay premium fees for no sleep, urine stink in the hallways and stairwells, and horrible service. I had to call the police numerous times to make people leave the volleyball court/jacuzzi area at 4am in the morning because I can hear their conversations in my sleep. My windows were ALWAYS closed and I could still hear their screaming and squealing. I think this is worse than the south campus ghetto areas. There is also no space for visitors to park, and also, people always broke the garage gate so even if you pay extra to park in the garage, you might not find decent parking b/c people who don't pay park there. Their fitness room (when I lived there) was adequate at best, but there wasn't even an elliptical! Anyway, it could be much much better.

I've told numerous people to stay away from this place. You should consider a lot before signing on a lease. They also used crappy bulbs in their ceiling fans, so when I went to change it, it actually broke on me and almost electrocuted me. I could've sued. But I didn't, instead, they dropped me a bill after I left stating I needed to pay for their shoddy workmanship. Also, there was a crack in my wall after the first year living there. That was 1 year after the complex was built.

So in summary, if you live at JC, you will get: 1. No Sleep 2. Smelly hallways 3. Inconsiderate neighbors 4. Mean office people who can care less about you if you don't renew your lease and who can care less about your complaints about the noise 5. No Sleep 6. A really really really large bathroom that really really really doesn't need to be THAT big. You get really really really tiny bedrooms instead.
