Review for Mesmer Company Apartments

The apartment is in a great location, a block from Schiller Park. This is basically the only reason I still live there. The Maintenance sucks!!! We could call them about a problem we are having with the sink or frozen pipes and they will not call back for a week or not at all. There is no 24 hour Maintencance available. Also we our neighbor and I had our cars broke into. So if you do move here make sure you have an alarm on your car. Just do not count on getting anything fixed the right way, they do not fix things to stay fixed, they half fix it. Plus the apartments need redone, the Kitchens and Bathrooms are awful.
