First of all, I have lived in numerous apartments for the past 10 years. This is by FAR the worst of them all! Management will NEVER return your calls, Maintanence will take 2 weeks to fix the most simple problem. There is NEVER close parking spaces. My car has been broken into 2 times and STOLEN once!! forcing me to rent a garage, at an extra $50 a month. There are roaches in my apartment (I am a VERY clean person) which they tell me they are "working on" getting under control. The only PLUS to this apartment is that it is very roomy, something like 950 sq. ft. I believe. There are CONSTANTLY groups of men hanging out in the parking lot, working on cars, and who knows WHAT else, and as a single female-I am often afraid to even get out of my car. Please do NOT move here..if you value your property, and your sanity. I have 6 months left on my lease, and I will be GONE the DAY it expires!!!!
